Baling
Baling services are centred around two sizes of baler the 3x3 bale measuring 80x90cm at up to 8 foot long and the “quadrant” size bale measuring 120x70cm at up to 8 foot long. The balers can bale straw, haylage, hay, silage and miscanthus. Balers are equipped with moisture meters. N P Davies prides themselves on good quality bales.
Mowing and turning can be carried out with high capacity equipment for all haylage, hay and silage.
All raking can be carried out in front of the balers by high capacity rakes to keep the balers appetites full and working most efficiently producing better quality bales. Also wrapping can be done as a part job or part of the baling operation, from 4 to 8 layers can be supplied and applied by our wrappers depending on the choice of the customer.
N P Davies can also stack and transport all bales to the customer requirements.
